When people ask us who we are or what we do, the three words above say it all. In the grand scale of human existence, our lives are not more than a bleep on the timeline of history as moments turn into years, years into decades, decades into centuries, and centuries into millenniums. Although our personal lives may just be a tiny dot on history's timeline, these dots sometimes change the course of history and become the building blocks for the future of others. For example, when Galileo peered into space with a telescope for the first time, changing the way we view the universe around us. Faraday also created the electric dynamo paving the way for the likes of Thomas Edison, Nikola Tesla, and a host of others to harness the power of electricity into what we know today; talking to somebody on the other side of the planet with a device that can fit into our pocket, having a meeting in another part of the world and still be back home in time for dinner, and sharing moments of our lives with the world in realtime. These seemingly tiny dots in history have sparked the creation of disciplines, industries and revolutions. So when we look back through time we see how people, ideas and products have given us a chance to do more than any of our anscestors could ever dream of. So who are we and what do we do? Well, we are people who work on ideas and create products, hoping they inspire the next generation to accomplish greater things.
